 NEW ALBUM OUT NOW! Saddle up your horses for the lunar new year with our fourth studio album, “Or Hans Gruber and the Die Hards!!” 

In 2023, with our producer Drew LeClair, we set out to make our “Pet Sounds,” our “Running with Scissors,” our “Night at the Opera,” …instead we quickly blew through $10K from a city of Austin grant & racked up several thousand dollars in credit card debt. But, did we end up making the best thing we ever have to date? Yes. Well, we think so anyway.
All joking aside, the grant gave us the opportunity to be able to say that over 30 musicians played on this album - that’s something we are incredibly proud of. 
So many amazingly beautiful moments spurred from, during, & as a part of the journey of writing & recording this album. However, it has been far from easy. At so many turns it has felt like everything in the universe was trying to stop us from getting it done or releasing it to the world - from small stuff like scheduling mishaps, missed deadlines, lineup changes, running out of money, to really huge, devastating life changes for our three core members, including the sudden loss of Kurt’s brilliant artist father, Joel Armstrong, in late summer 2025. 
We believe so much in this work of our art, that despite so many feelings and setbacks, we have fought so hard for this moment. We hope you are willing to give us precisely 27 minutes and 4 seconds of your time to hear the culmination of our hearts, bodies, breath, & talented friends.
